ARYA Y MEHR is a one-person creative studio run by its founder as a sole proprietorship. We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and also work with clients in the UAE. “We” and “us” in these terms means ARYA Y MEHR.

You are welcome to browse the site, share links to any page, and contact us.

The text, images, video, design, and code on this site belong to ARYA Y MEHR, or to the clients and creators whose work is shown. Please don’t copy, republish, or resell them without our written permission.

Please don’t misuse the site or the contact form, for example by sending spam or trying to break or overload it.

Some work on this site is a sample, not paid client work:

• Northline Roofing is a fictional business. We built its site as a demo of what a contractor website can look like. Its names, reviews, and numbers are made up.
• Our concept brand projects are self-initiated. We created them to show our approach; no client commissioned them.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”. Anything we publish here is general information, not professional advice for your business.

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Calendar. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

• Every project gets a written proposal or quote. It sets out the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms, and it governs that project. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
• Work starts once you approve the proposal in writing (email is fine) and pay the deposit stated in it.
• Once you have paid in full, you own the final work we deliver to you. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock media, or software, stay under their own licences.
• We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

We do careful work and stand behind it, but we cannot promise specific results such as sales, leads, search rankings, or ad performance. Those depend on many things outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless your project proposal says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Terms agreed in your project proposal don’t change without your agreement.
