ARYA Y MEHR (the “Studio,” “we,” “us”) operates aryaymehr.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
Contact form submissions: name, email, optional company, project type, and message. We use these only to reply to your inquiry and follow up on the project.
Analytics: aggregated, anonymized data about how the site is used (page views, referrer, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Cookies for these tools fire only after you accept our cookie banner.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, deliver projects, and maintain client records. We use analytics to understand site performance and improve the experience.
Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com). When you submit the contact form, your message is transmitted via their API and delivered to our inbox.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Arya@aryaymehr.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
You can decline analytics cookies via the banner at first visit. Declining does not affect your ability to contact us or browse the site.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months to maintain context for ongoing or returning client work. We delete them on request.
