How do you measure my roof without visiting?
We use high-resolution aerial imagery to measure every slope, ridge and valley. The visit then confirms what's under the shingles.
Do I need to be home during the install?
Only at the start and the end. We text you when the crew arrives, when the old roof is off, and when we've finished the clean-up.
What if it rains on install day?
We watch the forecast and only open a section we can close the same day. If weather turns, we tarp and come back.
Can you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We send a photo report your adjuster can use and tarp the damage within 24 hours.
