The Brief
Novara Athletic is a fictional premium trail running brand we designed from scratch — a proving ground for our complete AI production pipeline.
The constraint we set: could a solo operator deliver what traditionally requires a six-figure budget and a 12-week agency timeline? A 60-second broadcast-quality hero spot, six platform cut-downs, a full brand identity system, product design, packaging, and an AI influencer — all in under 10 working days.
This case study documents the full pipeline from brand strategy to final deliverable.
The Pipeline
Everything started with a Creative Strategy Blueprint — brand DNA, audience psychographics, a 22-angle shot map, a 32-hook library, and four ad architecture frameworks. This upstream strategy informed every visual decision downstream.
Product design came next: the Novara Apex TR-1 was defined down to materials (Dyneema upper, carbon fiber plate, Vibram Megagrip outsole) and generated as photorealistic reference images across eight angles using GPT Image 2.
We locked a character passport — a precise physical description extracted from a generated portrait and embedded uniformly across all video prompts for AI character consistency. Six video formats were produced in Higgsfield Marketing Studio (Seedance 2.0): TV Spots, Hyper Motion product hero, UGC, Pro Virtual Try On, and UGC Virtual Try On.
Supporting assets included a brand identity system, three logo reveal motion graphics, three premium packaging concepts, and an 8-angle product reference grid — all generated and locked into the production pipeline sequentially.
Tools: Claude (strategy + prompt engineering) · GPT Image 2 (product + brand imagery) · Higgsfield / Seedance 2.0 (video production) · CapCut (assembly + grading).
Behind the Scenes
Every asset in this case study was built sequentially — each output locked into the next stage's prompts. The brand strategy defined the visual identity. The visual identity defined the product design. The product design defined the video prompts. The character passport defined the AI influencer across all scenes. This sequential locking is what separates prompt engineering from production direction.
The Deliverables
“This is what we build when no one's paying us. Imagine what we build when someone is.”
Frequently Asked
How does the cost compare to a traditional shoot?
Traditional production for a campaign of this scope — brand identity, product shoots, six video formats, packaging design — typically runs $25,000–$60,000 or more with a team of 8–15 people over 8–12 weeks. Our AI pipeline delivers comparable quality with a single operator in under 10 days, at a fraction of that cost.
Is any of this real product photography?
Every image of the Novara Apex TR-1 was AI-generated using GPT Image 2, with prompts engineered from a detailed product design specification. No physical product exists — the shoe, the brand, and all supporting assets are entirely AI-produced. The quality level demonstrates what's achievable when the same pipeline is applied to a real product with real reference photography.
Can you match a brand's existing color science?
Yes. We build a custom LUT from your reference assets and apply it through the entire pipeline — generation, comp, and finish — so the spot drops cleanly into your existing creative system.
Why show a fictional brand instead of real client work?
Two reasons. First, building a brand from zero proves the full pipeline — strategy through delivery — in a way that a single client deliverable can't. Second, it means we can share everything: the prompts, the process, the decision-making. Real client work comes with NDAs. Spec work comes with transparency.
