The Brief
Halvard Coffee is a fictional specialty coffee brand we built to solve a real problem: DTC brands burn through paid-social creative faster than human creators can produce it.
We designed a generative UGC pipeline that takes a single product brief and produces 100+ unique first-person video ads — each with varied characters, locations, lighting, and time-of-day — ready for Meta and TikTok deployment.
The Pipeline
The pipeline starts with a single creative brief that defines the product anchors (the bag, the grind, the cup) and the brand's visual language. From there, we generate variations across five axes: character, location, wardrobe, time of day, and camera behavior.
Each spot is a first-person coffee moment — phone-native, handheld, designed to feel like organic creator content. The system is built for editorial curation at scale: generate broadly, curate tightly, and feed performance signals back into prompt design so the pipeline improves over time.
This project demonstrates how a single operator with an AI video pipeline can replace a roster of 20–30 creators while maintaining visual variety and brand consistency.
Tools: Claude (prompt engineering + variation system) · Seedance 2.0 (video generation) · CapCut (assembly).
The Deliverables
“One brief. One operator. A hundred unique spots. This is what volume creative looks like when AI handles the production and a human handles the taste.”
Frequently Asked
Are these spots compliant with Meta / TikTok policy?
Yes. Generated talent is non-identifiable and labeled per platform requirements. We handle the disclosure copy so you don't have to.
How fast can you turn around a new product?
From product photos to first 20 spots: 5 working days. After that, ongoing volume scales with your media budget.
How does the pipeline improve over time?
The system is designed for feedback loops. When deployed for a real brand, platform performance data (CTR, hook rate, completion rate) feeds back into prompt design weekly. Underperforming patterns are retired; high-performing patterns are amplified and varied further.
Why show a concept project instead of real client work?
Every studio starts somewhere. We built these concept projects to prove the full pipeline — from strategy to delivery — with complete transparency. No NDAs, no redactions, no "we can't show you that part." When we work with real clients, they'll see exactly what they're getting because it's all documented here. We're actively taking on new projects — if you'd like to be our next case study, let's talk.
